Tamra Alloys

The Tamra Alloys FZC facility in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, was completed in 2025 — and in record time: just four months from initial approval to Building Completion Certificate. An integrated base for the metals manufacturer, delivered by the Midas Group: a G+1 office building, warehouse, service block, security block and weighbridge, built as one coordinated project.

Inside the Tamra Alloys Facility

Midas Building Contracting delivered the physical structures — the G+1 office, warehouse, service block and security block — while Midas Metal Industries fabricated and installed the steel structures. Midas Electromechanical Contracting installed the electrical and mechanical systems the facility runs on, from power distribution to HVAC.

Approval to BCC in Four Months

Five buildings, three specialist scopes, one Building Completion Certificate — issued four months after initial approval. That pace isn’t achievable by working faster on site; it comes from removing the gaps between disciplines. With civil, steel and MEP all inside one group, structural handovers, service installations and inspection readiness ran as a single programme instead of a relay between contractors — and the facility went from drawings to certified completion inside a construction season.

For a metals business, the weighbridge is the detail that matters: everything entering or leaving the operation crosses it, so yard circulation and building placement were laid out around material flow — the same throughput logic behind our Pan Gulf metal recycling facility in Sajja.
